Chef Josiah Citrin to take over The Strand House for one night only in March

On Monday, March 19 chef and owner Josiah Citrin of Melisse in Santa Monica is heading south to The Strand House restaurant in Manhattan Beach, CA for one night. Chef Josiah is borrowing resident chef Neal Fraser’s kitchen for a four-course meal featuring dishes like Black Bass, Prime Aged Beef Rib Eye, and Braised Beef Cheek.
