Food GPS presents the Lamb Showdown: Pollack & Samson versus Manzke

Two vs. one?

On Monday, February 20 at 7:30 PM, three Los Angeles chefs will compete for $500 at Food GPS’ Lamb Showdown, host at Guelaguetza Restaurant in L.A.’s Koreatown. République’s Walter Manzke will battle it out with Sotto’s chef Zach Pollack and chef Steve Samson. Attendees will decide the winner(s) at the end of this six-course meal featuring American lamb – a showcase of the less mainstream meat.
