This rotating dinner series is Chef Wexler’s homage to past chefs who have advanced and influenced cuisine by ”doing something different”. Featuring a broad range of chefs, time periods, countries, and cuisine, tonights dinner pays homage to Maestro Martino, a celebrity chef of his day. Bridging the gap between medieval times and the food of the renaissance, Martino influenced what would be Italian cuisine of today. On Sunday, May 5th gaggles of patrons joined the packed house at the Los Angeles House of Blues to take “pigging out” to a whole other level at Cochon 555.
