Oh the gluttony...

While the month of April slowly winds down and the winds of Los Angeles continue to blow our skirts up, you might get hungry in between. So when that happens, here are a couple tasty dinners for you to get your grub and drink on!
On Thursday, April 25, BLD in Los Angeles, CA will be hosting a four-course Kentucky Country Ham and Whiskey Dinner featuring whiskeys from the Heaven Hill Distilleries Collection. Priced at $55 per person, this prix fixe dinner includes dishes such as a Biscuits and Ham with house made butter, horseradish cream, poppyseed coleslaw paired with Kentucky Fizz elijah craig 12 year bourbon, aperol, fresh sour mix; Country Ham Cassoulet with red wattle pork shoulder, cavolo nero, sherry onions paired with Sazerac rittenhouse rye, peychaud’s bitters, absinthe, lemon twist; and Bourbon Caramel Glazed Doughnuts with candied ham and bourbon pecan ice cream.  7450 Beverly Blvd  Los Angeles, CA 90036

Join Short Order in Los Angeles, CA on Tuesday April 30th for April BeerFest. For this event, Short order will be collaborating with local brewer Stone Brewery as Chef Christian Page features a special tasting menu to compliment the featured beer. Sotto in Los Angeles, CA  will be welcoming Red Car winemaker Carroll Kemp for an evening of wines on Tuesday, April 30th at 6:30PM [reception] and 7:30PM[dinner]. Chefs Steve Samson and Zach Pollack are serving up a special four-course menu for the evening paired with eight of Red Car’s wines.
