Red Rooster at Post & Beam: A Taste of Harlem in Baldwin Hills
A sold out night of reinvented soulful classics and after party!!
Celebrate Black History Month this Tuesday, February 26th with renowned chef, Marcus Samuelsson, at Post & Beam in Baldwin Hills, CA. For one night only,guest chef, Samuelsson and the kitchen at Post & Beam will be recreating soulful classics from Samuelsson’s signature Red Rooster cuisine, such as Ethiopian Tacos with Injera Bread and Tartare; Braised Oxtail with Fried Plantains; and Crawfish Beignets with a Honey-Beet Tartar Sauce. This sold out event will be donating a portion of the proceeds generated benefit the Los Angeles chapter of C-CAP (Careers through Culinary Arts Program).
Don’t have a reservation? A Taste of Harlem will also be hosting a casual after-party! Mingle and meet both Chefs, Govind Armstrong & Marcus Samuelsson, and Principal Brad Johnson.
