Chef Gamba began his career in France working
with Three-Michelin Star chefs Robuchon, Ducasse and Vergé. We met Sandro &
his family when he was engaged as the opening Executive Chef at the Four
Seasons Hotel-Westlake a few years ago. We kept in touch as he traveled the
world, opening restaurants from Beijing to Dubai. While he is back in the
United States visiting, we’re so excited that he is stepping into the Ladyface kitchen for this special dinner!
