Sommelier Spencer Cruse to join Drago Centro as new beverage director, Haven Gastropub to offer new cocktail menu

Join Drago Centro in downtown Los Angeles as they welcome certified Level 2 Court of Master Sommeliers, Spencer Cruse to the team as the new Beverage Director and Sommelier. Adding to the already extensive wine list at Drago Centro, Cruse is introducing more approachable wines to pair with Chef Ian Gresik‘s menu. Haven Gastropub at both Pasadena and Orange locations are introducing a new “Prohibition-Era cocktail” menu featuring spirits like Earl Grey Infused Gin, Four Roses Small Batch Bourbon and more.
