Why cook on Thanksgiving when you can grab it to go? We’ve compiled a list of restaurants around L.A. that are willing to cook up your dinner for you. Call ahead to make sure that they can accommodate you. Don’t be left baking a last minute turkey.

Patina Restaurant Group offering full Thanksgiving meals including brined, slow-cooked and herb-roasted turkey, trimmings such as cranberry chutney and classic sides. Desserts of pumpkin, apple or pecan pie to choose from.

Malibu and Vine Bar & Grille in Malibu is offering a ‘Thanksgiving To Go’ menu for $24 per person with a four person minimum. Inquire about the 6 bottle $125 wine pairing option that is available.

Reserve your Thanksgiving meal by emailing westwoodevents@napavalleygrille.com by 1 PM on Wednesday, November 23, 2011 and can pick up their order at the restaurant on Thanksgiving Day (November 24) between 10 AM and 5 PM.

The menu has servings for 8-12 with items priced from $9 – $75.

Sea bean’s, at the Terranea in Rancho Palos Verdes Turkey-to-go meal includes one Tangerine Maple Brined Free Range Turkey (14 to 16 lb turkey, feeds 8), 2 pounds of Roasted Apple – Sage Brioche stuffing, 1-quart giblet gravy, and 1-pint cranberry compote for $149.
