TAKE A BAO’s Halloween debut, Wirtshaus’ one-day 4 course prixe fixe menu

TAKE A BAO in Studio City opened for business yesterday serving Asian and French fusion cuisine under Executive Chef Gavin Portsmouth’s tutelage.

Wirtshaus on La Brea is having another German food pairing event on Tuesday, November 8, 2011 for $45 per person. Two seatings available at 7 PM and 9 PM.

A salad comprised of red beets, mixed greens, red onion, bleu cheese, pretzel croutons, with a mustard vinaigrette.

A soup of the Chef’s choice.

The main course is whole roasted hens (guests may opt for a portion of a hen, with advance notice), served with white asparagus and potato dumplings.

Dessert of Nutella flourless chocolate cake.

Items will be paired with 4 German wines.
